Bed ws comfortable

no fridge

Pillows are little bit hard, but one was ok and I use it. My child complain with his pillow. Not sure whether this is a big deal to other customers. Anyway we slept well.

Clean and quiet

The bank bed on top of the bed I sleep on. As I didn't bring any child so I was uncomfortable because wneh I wake up I bump on it

Babalwa the receptionist, her welcome was exceptional, she was lovely, even helped us with the check in around 12 as I asked on email and her service was lovely, she is the people's person and gives exceptional service everyday we saw her, she would greet n ask daily about our stay. She is such a darling

The other lady who was replacing babalwa, she was not friendly,I don't even know her name cos she had no name badge on,. Light in complexion and not user friendly. always serious, looked bored n irritated to be there n to be serving people. Not once during my stay did she even greet me, even if I stand on the counter waiting for her help. She doesn't deserve to be the face of sun1, even on our checkout, she didn't say anything. Just took out card n continued with her work, unlike babalwa she didn't even ask me about my luggage storage. I had to ask her for it, which she took her time to help me. Her service was very bad, how I wish babalwa was there during our departure, it would have being great n a lovely n memorable departure.

Spotlessly clean rooms and comfy bed. Very close to the beach. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Free morning coffee. Very friendly staff.

Rooms a bit small. Reception counter a bit dirty, needs a clean

Super convenient spot near the airport and the center of town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean!

Just a regular hotel setup. No fresh water, or kitchenette with a fridge in the rooms etc but otherwise all good. I'll still come back.

Bed matress sagged in the middle, like sleeping in a hammock

I loved the service I received from the staff, there's a trainee receptionist who checked me in. He's so nice, welcoming, and kind. I'm definitely gonna come back

The housekeeper who cleaned my room didn't change the linen, the sheets and cover were dirty throughout my stay at SUN1 she would only change the towels

Everything was perfect.. from the reception, to the stay. The cuppacinos and coffee in the mornings. The cleanliness, close to everything. The beach, restaurants, airport and everything. All great it exceeded my expectations.

The fact that when you open your window everybody outside can see you. So you gotta keep it closed

The place is near a lot of interesting places

The aircon was not working and when I reported to the staff they said they will fix it and they never did.

It’s ok if you’re staying for one night.

The shower didn’t look clean, the bed was not comfortable, and the AC wasn’t working. Asked at the front desk what had happened, and they said their AC system was down and there was nothing they could do to fix it until the next day.

Location is good, the views and the staff was helpful.

The space of the rooms. Unfortunately some guests made a lot of noise in the passages during the midnight hours. And a cattle and coffee really wouldn't be bad in the rooms.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They set the tone for the hotel. A light breakfast is available if you want it.

I'm a light sleeper and, because of the nature of the building, it's possible to hear people come and go and move around in the next room. That's the only drawback. It's a budget hotel so you can't expect massive rooms. They are tiny and not really for sharing.

Clean cheap. Convenient

Even though I was in a non smoking room 101 I could still smell smoke coming in either under the door or through the bathroom extractor

The staff was exceptionally great. I was provided great service indeed.

The rooms are way too small as I booked for 3 people and there is just not enough space in the rooms on the second floor which is where we were at. The fact that there is no lift in the premises was absolutely shocking to me as we had to carry our heavy suitcases using the staircase. The staff was friendly and service was excellent but the hotel itself was disappointing space wise. There is room for improvement regarding the facility itself..

Rooms were clean and receptionists were friendly and near to the beach

We were out on vacation not to be baby sitted by the security guy who was on our neck and we were not allowed to visit other rooms. Security guy was so rude

Can't fault the location at all ,the facilities would be best described as functional but adequate

Watch the cleaners ,they throw away your soap and leave you with nothing
